Hey everyone! I’ve updated the recipe to make it Hindu/Indian proof and less basic (It really lacked a touch of gold)

Pheasant with Truffle Salt and Caviar:

Ingredients:

• Pheasant breasts, boneless and skinless or skinless on one side
• Truffle Himalayan salt
• Fresh black truffle
• Fresh white truffle
• High-quality caviar
• Plated gold paper
• Ghee, grapeseed oil, or avocado oil* (choose one)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your wok (karahi) or flat frying pan) to medium-high heat.
2. Put a little bit of the chosen oil* (ghee, grapeseed oil, or avocado oil) in the preheated wok*.
3. Season the pheasant breasts generously with truffle Himalayan salt on both sides.
4. Place the seasoned pheasant breasts in the wok and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
5. Once cooked, remove the pheasant breasts from the heat and transfer them to a serving plate.
6. Sprinkle fresh black and white truffle flakes over the cooked pheasant breasts for added flavor and aroma. Slice them directly from the fresh truffles.
7. Enhance the dish by garnishing each pheasant breast with a small spoonful of high-quality caviar.
8. For that extra touch of luxury, add a decorative touch of plated gold paper to each plate.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy the sophisticated flavors of this gourmet dish!

• Avocado Oil: Offers a mild, buttery flavor and a high smoke point, similar to grapeseed oil. It adds a subtle richness to the dish without altering the overall taste.
