I made this yesterday. I added vital gluten as the mix was a little wet. I mold the mix as deli meat.I plan to do sandwiches for work. All I can tell you is yum, yum, yum, thank you so much for this wonderful recipe.

Just made these last night. I added a little liquid smoke and Bragg liquid aminos. Because of the liquid, I added a little more oat flour. So excellent!

My daughter loves these sausages, thanks! She ate several without steaming first. I am steaming some now using my Ninja Foodi. These are so good! You have been my fav cooking channel and love your book. Natalie has severe celiac disease and LOTS of food allergies including soy and eggs.. You’ve been so helpful. I would put smoked paprika in there too, I have found that that makes it taste more "sausage"-like.😊Nice recipe, I will try it out!
Edit: I saw that in the written recipe it says smoked paprika! Not in the video though.😄
