Ive had this washer for 7 years originally bought since i needed something fast and instock. I like it can wash comforters. Love that it doesn't have all the crazy unnecessary electronics that break on other washers. Ive never had a problem. I believe this is part of Whirlpool no wonder its a great washer.

If you want fabric softener you can just buy one for this washer as a replacement for the cap.

I just inherited one and I have no clue how to add the dang fabric softner without the dispenser. The lid locks and you have to stop the load to add? Seems dumb.

I bought this a year ago and this thing uses soooo much water not efficient at all. And autosense does not work I repeat autosense is a joke does not work.
