Exactly why I chose Verizon over T-Mobile, even though T-Mobile is way cheaper and not contract based. I just can’t risk my security.

We left T-Mobile a couple years ago after they locked us into a phone deal for 2 years. We never got any good service at our house. We filed complaints with them and the FCC and others without any results. We have Visible by Verizon and our neighbors have Verizon on iPhones. They all work perfectly fine on our street and in the rest of our county (Marion FL).

I left T-Mobile like 5 years ago because of the hacking situation. I'm a Verizon Postpaid customer with the "Get More Plan" and love it. I also Verizon gigbit home internet and Verizon Visa Signature credit card with great perks. T-Mobile lack of security is horrible they been hacked at least 9 times within the last 6 years.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. I have all three carriers and have experienced similar issues with T-Mobile performance and Verizon pricing

T-Mobile has been hacked something like 8 times since 2015, each time with loss of confidential customer information. In my area their 5G service is hands down the fastest, but I won't consider them based on their careless, indifferent attitude toward protecting customer data.

TMobile coverage is why I left years ago .. and out of curiosity I tried their service last month... Nothing has changed. Verizon is my go to carrier. You can't beat the coverage or reliability

T-Mobile is almost as Verizon a month that’s why I switched to Verizon

I live in NYC, and TMobile has dead spots on most of the bridges, tunnels, and elevators in buildings. It's impossible to work using your phone when calls constantly drop, and that's in 2023. I tried the test drive 90-day trial. I'll stick with Verizon.

I’m in the same line of thought as you were at the time of you posting this video 4 months ago. They were hacked again this past week.

i would like to go to Visible but they say my phone is not compatible even though i have Verizon service.
I've been with Verizon for well over 12 years and would not change Except for the price. That's why I'm currently looking to switch to Visible or mint or something less Expensive.
Good luck with your service.

I recommend switching your work phone to AT&T prepaid or Visible for cheap reliable service.

I agree as someone who has T-Mobile as my primary, I acknowledge that whatever I’m saving I’m putting myself at risk for another hack.

I think what you’re saying is valid, if I had the extra $$$ each month I’d gladly switch to Verizon. But they perform worse and T-Mobile’s Home Internet option is much faster than Verizon’s in my opinion.

I have left T-Mobile to Verizon not once, but twice, in 2003 into 2004 and again 2023. I had MetroPCS, but before T-Mobile took over back in 2012 took over. This last time, my mom could hear them, but they could not hear her. We had no choice, but to go back to Verizon. Even Verizon isn't the best in my area, but it is slightly better. T-Mobile coverage SUCKS!

I was with T Mobile for five months. Never again. Still an oversold weak network. Back to my original carrier FOR GOOD. Each time I left my original carrier, I ALWAYS came back. Only happened three times. Probably wouldn’t have happened at all but they pissed me off before I could become postpaid so…….nevertheless here we are. AT&T ‘til infinity. If I go anywhere it will be to Verizon but I HIGHLY doubt it. Even if I become a truck driver. Still staying put. They are starting to use satellites to fill service gaps in “no man’s land” areas so whatever. P.S. *V E R I Z O N*

I have both but prefer Tmobile for coverage in the city, for now. In rural areas verizon is still king. #Verizon but planning to leave Tmobile due to the hacks. Good video.

That is funny, I left them for the same reason.

So, if you walked in and a customer account would be flagged when their account was compromised there was a huge memo would show after validating their ID and it would summarize that you should inform them and make sure their account stays secure however, we were told to do the opposite not to scare the customer and open up a different conversation. I literally left the company due to poor operations and values towards its customer and employees. There were so many dirty things they did including not selling you a phone if you were not interested in insurance or extras.

Good for you being able and thinking to vote with your dollars to speak to a company. Most retail company this is the only way to speak your voice. I happen to like Verizon I am on a family plan with multiline discounts I get there 5g home internet (which is working out for me) for $25.00 (lucked out and got this plan for 10years). I have their 5g get more plan with the discounts for $50 a month with I think is not too bad to be on their network. I have to say with T-Mobile being hacked so many times in such a relative short time is why I would probably never use them at all.
