_"I'm Angel and I hate vegetables. I don't know why the background is green, it doesn't make any sense"_
That got a chuckle outta me.

2:00 Leo is hilarious. He's reviewing the chip as if it was a steak while he should be dying.

Hi Sir Guga, a fan here in Philippines, just wondering what will happen if your dry age a steak with the "Smelliest Fruit in the World" Durian, just saying maybe you can make that happen. Salamat (Thank You)

Leo is such a professional he continues to give his assessment n description of the chip while he's clearly suffering.

The fat definitly reduced the heat because oil can disperse capsain molecules pretty well. So they get washed away much easier. Cool project :)

watching guga try these spicy experiments is pure comedy. Thank you Guga for torturing yourself for our enjoyment 🤣

Capsaicin, the active ingredient in spice, is fat-soluble. So, I bet the spiciness dissolved into the wagyu fat, and the grease expelled during cooking carried most of it away. This suggests that, if you're going to make a wagyu steak spicy, you NEED a lot more spiciness.

You could test this by doing a spicy steak experiment on (1) a very fatty steak and (2) a lean steak. Use the same amount of spiciness, and see which steak ends up spicier. I'll bet you the fattier steak ends up milder.
