Title is very misleading... anyone with even the most rudimentary understanding of physics knows that it is physically impossible for mankind at this stage of development to create a supermassive black hole. You would need a great multitude more mass than everything in our solar system. Hell, our solar system's combined mass couldn't even create a small black hole.
