Is Flavored Water Toxic?
Показать описание
If you’re drinking flavored water thinking it’s a healthy alternative to sodas or sports drinks, it may be just as bad for you.

Flavored waters may sound like a good idea when it comes to dieting and a healthy lifestyle, but that’s actually just marketing. They actually contain a lot of colorings, sweeteners, and even preservatives that are used in antifreeze!
Luckily, there are healthy options when it comes to spicing up your daily hydration. Drinking more water, making sure you absorb it, AND making it taste good seem like 3 things that you just can’t get in one drink. But what if I told you that it is in fact possible?
