Here’s some advice on starting a better tank





I would recommend at least a 5 gallon tank with live plants Hardscape and Woodscape. there are tons of tutorials on how to Aquascape a tank for your beta and also you need to cycle your tank which means letting beneficial bacteria grow in your tank for at least a week. This helps get rid of the ammonia that builds up from your fishes poop and it helps them live a healthy and long life bettas also need heaters there are tropical fish and are prone to sickness without them and filters in my opinion like I said every fish needs a filter I would recommend sponge filters. They are easy to keep up and you only need to clean them once a month when you clean a filter clean it in tank water so it doesn’t kill the bacteria please do not ignore this comment. I’m just trying to educate you and give your beta fish a good life. I hope you understand and have a great day.
