I’ve seen many companies skimp on repairs and can even understand how they made the decisions. You rate the risk of not repairing/maintaining. But an emergency brake system is obviously a critical system. It’s one of the few critical systems. The justification to ignore or allow the equipment to function without this repair is truly beyond me. Prosecute
