This indoor cycling ride is a 15 minute workout that is low impact (no standing) and can be added on to another workout for a warm up or cool down. You can also do this ride if you are a beginner, the bike I use in this workout is the Schwinn IC4.

so happy i found your channel. it is pushing me to work harder on my bike rather that a leisurely ride. Pre-Habbing for knee replacement. ( your video was ok’d by PT as warm up for my other exercises. ). i need to have stronger legs for a successful outcome! no breaks 3.73 miles.

Loved this! 0 breaks. I don't understand the RPM counts on my bike Bowflex version of the ICD bike...hoping you share that insight in your other vids. ... I'll be watching :)

I thought my ic4 maxes out at 100 when it comes to resistance. What does yours max out at?
