Watching your videos from Canada makes me want to cry. That house would've been at least 900k CAD here before renovation, yes GTA 😂

Overall, it’s a great reno. I just feel that you missed a great opportunity in the kitchen. A bigger island - longer with seating - would have filled some of that dead space and given the kitchen better function. Green cabinets are a bold choice….especially when they are that dark. Maybe a sage or olive color would have been more appealing. But love that you repurposed the existing cabinets - less for the landfill!! As always, you did a great job!

Nice basic remodel but dudes the number of Youtube ads plus your sponsorships and other promos is getting really annoying

I love your approach to this one, making use of as many existing features as you can and focusing the budget on most-needed upgrades. Kudos for keeping the kitchen cabinets, tub, and existing green accent tile. All the color choices are A-1; my only caveat is that the dark green main bathroom tiles sit awkwardly beside the dark gray floors. Otherwise: love!

I'm amazed how accepting you are of foundation issues. I wouldn't touch a house with shifting foundation

I do like the remodel, just not the weird green in the bathroom. The green in the cabinets looks great. I spent nine years getting rid of dark green marble look tiles and brass fixtures in my old house. Finally had it perfect and then…we move 100 miles north to Bellevue TX. All in a I think it is a major improvement to a cute house. Congratulations. One question..why did you put a chrome RX in the tub in the master and not continue with the gold?

Gorgeous home. I love all the new fixtures. And the dark green running throughout the house is amazing. Nice change from the millennium grey most flippers use. The green tiles in the primary bathroom is just gorgeous.

Love the renovation. Why didn't you change the tub fixtures in the primary suite?

Y’all totally knocked it out of the park with those bathrooms! Impressive.

I'm shocked that driveway was not replaced

That linoleum gave me flashbacks to when I bought my current home in the mid-1990s.

I love the green cabinets and bathroom tile.

The "after" turned out so well. I like it that each house AF does is not a copy of every other. The green tiles in the master bath are beautiful. Though the green tiles in the hall bath were an issue, keeping and reglazing, adds interest as it isn't just three walls of white tiles all lined up. Well done!

i love that you guys left the front exterior be this time. it did have such nice curb appeal already. honestly i kind of love how the budget made you guys go minimal. the avocado vertical tiles with the square charcoal tiles weren’t really for me tho 😂

I love this reno. The house was nice to begin with except for the foundation issues. But I feel like it was not over designed ad some tend to do with larger spaces where you can afford the square footage to do built ins or murals or other fancy wall papers. The green and beige combo is a classic favorite of mine and the bathroom tile is a nice shade that had that olive undertone that hits a bit different.

When are you going to expand renovating out into the Hill Country? I would LOVE to have your help with my 1940s era home.
