Re: Zyklon B: the only difference between a pesticide and a war crime is the size and number of legs of the what the user considers a pest. All of the modern nerve agents (Sarin, Tabun, Vx, Novichok, &c) were also developed from agricultural pesticides.

In our old neighborhood in Colorado they'd occasionally find squirrels that had Bubonic Plague. The reason its not a big deal today is that now we have antibiotics.

There is still the Centennial Light Bulb - a light bulb from the early 20th century that has been on almost the entire time since it was first turned on, well over 100 years ago. It was briefly believed to have burnt out, but someone had disconnected the uninterrupted power source and accidentally unplugged it. It now is powered by a wall outlet, with a battery backup and its own webcam.

I've a bunch of jars around that my mum cleaned years ago. She died in 2018 - I now treasure these jars because they contain her breath. I know, I sound like a weirdo but I find it comforting to be able to open one and have a nuance of her around. We should let loved ones breathe in jars more!

That is why Americana is called that? It is a famous spot for parachuting. There is a famous singer in Brazil called Rita Lee Jones. she was named after General Lee by descendants of people that fled USA after the Secession War (the Confederados).

Leon: The Professional is a fantastic movie. One of my favorites. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it.

I live in rural Michigan and about 1 in 10 houses has a confederate flag. They've gotten especially more prevalent in the last 6 years.

I'm hoping Thomas Edison's last breath was I should not have electrocuted that elephant.

Regarding number 5, there are three things you should never ask; A man his salary, a woman her age, and a German company what they were doing between 1939 and 1945.

Henry Ford bottling Edison's breath was the first effort of a car manufacturer lowering the world's carbon footprint.

It's wild how the world went from complete chaos in 2020, to now not caring in 2022.

Actually, Edison stole his last breath from Tesla.
