Jesus claiming or being shown to be God>>>>

In love I say all this…..

1st, IF God did NOT punish sin, He would be an unjust God. God is perfectly righteous and perfectly just, this is why He had to punish sin.

The only One that could take the wrath of the Father was His son, who is also the fullness of God. No angel, no human, no other than Christ the Messiah could take the wrath of God and then be raised again. It had to be this way in order to save ANY human. Saved people’s sins, in Christ, were punished once and for all. THAT is the beauty and mercy of God and the gospel.

EVERY SINGLE PERSON’s sins WILL BE PUNISHED. So either in hell, or in Christ, they will be punished, because again, God cannot violate His character and let sin go unpunished.

Repent and believe this day in Jesus as God, and the Father’s Son. You have NO other hope, salvation is ONLY through Him. There is no earning your way to heaven or God through righteous works.

Love to you all, as Christ has loved you and died for you, and not only died but risen, after taking a punishment that none of us could bear.

God > Elohim > plural: God is ONE in essence and nature. 3 individuals in perfect harmony, ONE God. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus

that show Jesus to be God, or Jesus claiming this

John 1:1-5
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was WITH God, and the Word WAS God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

1 Corinthians 1:18-19
18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written:
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”

John 10:30-33
30 I and My Father are one.”

31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32 Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?”
33 The Jews answered Him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.”

John 8:58
58 Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM. (This is exactly what God called himself in the old testament)

John 14:6. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 14:8-9. 8 Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.”
9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

Hebrews 1:1-4
1 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

Hebrews 1:5-9
For to which of the angels did He ever say:
“You are My Son, Today I have begotten You”? And again: “I will be to Him a Father,
And He shall be to Me a Son”?
6 But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all the angels of God worship Him.”
7 And of the angels He says: Who makes His angels spirits
And His ministers a flame of fire.”
8 But to the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”

Colossians 1:15-20
He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

19 For it pleased the Father that in Him (Jesus) all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

Mark 14:60-64
And the high priest stood up in the midst and asked Jesus, saying, “Do You answer nothing? What is it these men testify against You?” 61 But He kept silent and answered nothing.
Again the high priest asked Him, saying to Him, “Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?”
62 Jesus said, “I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.”
63 Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “What further need do we have of witnesses? 64 You have heard the blasphemy! What do you think?”

Revelation 22:13
(Jesus speaking) I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
