I feel like while they are supposed to push the trainees hard, there are definitely some leaders that take the opportunity to revert to school bullies. The only reason they want to wear the uniform and lead these programs is so they can do things to make other people miserable to feel powerful

19:23 😅 not mind games, making a strong point about following directions to a T because doing extra can cost them lives and or the whole mission. It’s an important lesson and punishing the whole group is a military classic. They’ll get their chance to display breath endurance 😅😅 that wasn’t it. It’s special forces, not sloppy forces.
