I read something last week that addressed the concerns of many who worry about the kind of world our grandchildren and great grandchildren are growing up in. The article said that the youth of today were born into the exact time that they were meant to be, and they will handle it well. I see this in my own grandchildren who venture through life courageously, not overwhelmed with fear for the future. I have to remind myself to live that way also.

Yes, moving forward.
Boy I needed to hear this. I am struggling with venous insufficiency in my legs. Painful and becoming more so. Limiting my quality of life. I’m not in a good space. Self pity. I will shake this off and persevere. I’m isolating myself to write, read, (I guess) meditating… thinking deeply to absorb this new normal and push through. Chronic pain can be totally debilitating if you let it. I’ll find my way. Thank you, Sandra, for giving all of us the strength and courage to carry on.

The last couple of years have been the most difficult I have ever had. I had to keep running in the quicksand to get through the many trials that were in my path. Some days I feel like I kept going on instinct alone, just move, move, move. Well although other challenges are always presenting themselves I have gotten through the monumental ones that presented a couple of years ago. And I have learned so much about what I am truly capable of achieving in deep adversity. Thank you for your wonderful videos.
