Kali Linux incorrect password first login solved

what is the password and username of Kali-Linux on first login?

when you first time login to KaliLinux it asked for user name and password the defult user name is "root" and the password is "toor" but if you got the messeg incorrect password than inter the user name as "root" and use the password which you haved intered during the installtin.

Username: kali
Password: kali

Also just a note for everyone: your username has to be IN ALL LOWERCASE letters...

So if you put JohnSimons for the Full name, then your user name would be johnsimons...

You can make the username different from the full name, this is just a tip if anyone rushed through the installation quickly without reading some of the documentation...

Guys if root : toor didn't work
Try kali : kali .. it worked for me
