In my opinion, its better to understand the problem and rememebr key points before starting the conversation. Its better to talk face to face instead of concentrating in your question paper. Key points needs to be underlined before you start. In between you will get enough time to go through those points.

Apparently the interlocutor have been very informative and conversational, but the candidate needs improvement in multiple aspects. She does look confident though. In real scenario, if you will do this style of interview, the patient will be upset even more. And you don’t give false assurance to patient bypassing physician dx.

Several mistakes. I am not even sure why the nurse was asking about time patient came to the hospital when that was not even part of the role. Poor performance from nurse - C grade

she should have said specially with accidents xray are standards to rule out fractures for legal purposes .. apart from nursing procedures she should have said and explain that theres might a possiblity of blood extraction to determine infection like CBC if theres an open would, also she should also have ask if both of them have take anti tetanus vaxx
