I still reference this video when I make ribs. I made them on Father's day 2021 for my dad. It's was the best dish and we had an amazing visit. It was the last time I saw him. I use different ribs, but watching this video feels like I'm watching it before, the morning I made the batch for him. Just thought I'd share some love while I was here again ❤
