The Ultimate 1990s Super Saloon Does Everything a Ferrari Can.... Better? BMW E34 M5 vs Ferrari 348

In a world of sports cars OR practical cars with little to no interfacing, the late 80s dawned a new era of cars... an era of cars that could be practical, comfortable commuters but with a catch. Despite their friendly, calm exterior demeanor, these cars, in a moments notice, and a swift down shift could become something that no one would ever suspect... a fast, powerful, great handling sports car that can give exotics twice the price a run for their money. And this genre of legends is called Super Saloons.

And to put this theory to the test, enter my 1993 BMW E34 M5 Euro 3.8 and my 1989 Ferrari 348ts. Two cars that may appear to have nothing at all in common, however taking a deeper look, they aren't all that different. Today we are putting the two head to head. Super Saloon Vs Exotic sports car to see which one prevails!

You are too far from the steering wheel to keep control at all time. You have to be able to put your wrist on top of the steering wheel while keeping your back on the backrest...
