(SOLVED) The Application Was Unable To Start Correctly (0xc0000142) In Windows 10/8/7

Method 1. Perform clean boot
Method 2. Run SFC (System File Checker)
Go to path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\­Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DL­Ls
Change iLoadAppInit_DL­Ls value data from 1 to 0

Yeah I'm gonna have to recommend that you re-enable those services after testing that fix out so people here aren't leaving antivirus and dropbox etc. disabled

All 3 method didn't work for me. :(

and the 2nd method didnt scan for me.. :( it says Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files, but was unable to fix some of them.

I can't open my microsoft word because of this ..
