Ok, this showing up once in my recommendation. Ok, i mean ive watch some shifting videos on this account. I brushed it off and kept scrolling. I saw it a second time yesterday. Odd, has I havent watched anything about shifting resently.

Now. Today i have seen this in my recommendations and fyp for YouTube. Not once. Not twice. Not even three timed. But around four or five? I guess its a sign. Ill try and update.

Honestly like around 10 loops in and eyes are feeling heavy. So yeah.

3/17/22 Night 1 (method of choice: intent and elevator method): I’ll update in the morning or at least when I get back if I end up shifting. Tootles 👍.
- so I’m back from my little expedition… I had a dream instead of shifting (dream was related to shifting tho so 👍). It’s not bad or anything but I know that I need to stop falling asleep in the middle of methods. So I’ll try again tonight!!

3/18/22 Night 2: I caught my dumbâss lacking in the freaking car on my way to Wendy’s. (Like I almost fell asleep my mom was driving). I didn’t shift that time, but I’ve been getting some strange dreams lately. I don’t think it’s the subliminal’s fault though, it’s more like I’m either missing something or something is hindering me from shifting when I want to. I’ll try to figure out what this “blockage” is then I’ll update 👍

Night 3-4 3/19-20/22: so… I haven’t found my blockages yet, HOWEVER I did go into the void again. But everytime I go into the void, I end up forgetting to affirm 😭😭😭. I just sat in the void like “finally, some peace and quiet 🥰”. I might try again though, this sub is really good and I’ll continue to use it 👍

Night 5 3/20-25: kept falling asleep everywhere I sat down. BUT Today (3/25) during one of my naps, I had a dream. A very specifically detailed dream… with characters that weren’t even from my dr… (Gojo, megumi, and Nobara). To simplify it I had “became” the universe and try to find my overall purpose…. Maybe I should look for more shifting methods that don’t require me falling asleep because 👀👀. Overall, going to shift tonight 👍

Night 6: 3/26-4/1: um… weird dreams… that’s all I can tell you 👀. I’m still using though because every time I get sleepy now I feel floaty symptoms (I know symptoms don’t really matter though, I don’t pay attention to them like I used). I almost passed out while doing yard work with my mom. I listened to the sub beforehand and let me tell you 👀 I’ve been dizzy and sleepy ever since I started listening to this sub. However, I have yet to find a method that works best for me (the only one I haven’t tried was the lucid dream one so idk I’ll try it out). I’ll be back to update you guys!! 👍
- okay so I totally forgot about to mention something. Awhile back (I think it was either the end of first semester or beginning of my second semester in college) I remember dreaming about being on a train and then a portal showed up and then it clicked in my mind that I was dreaming. So I was like “later losers, I’m finna shift!”. But when I went through the portal I didn’t go to my dr, I ended up in other dream??? (Scene change???) anywho, I did see my dr s/o, bff, and dr parent/guardian. It felt like a memory almost… maybe I lucid dreamt before or something IDK. I just thought I had to throw that in there 👍👍

Night/day 7 4/1-4/9: so I took a mini break and decided to work on my self concept for a while. So far, everything is good. The shifting methods I chose for the night (4/7) were intention, void, and lucid dreaming. Intention method is plan A, if I fall asleep through the meditation then Void meditation is Plan B, if I somehow manage to forget to say my affs in the void and wake up in my cr then lucid dream method is plan C. I haven’t really worked on my Lucid dreaming skills but I have been able to do my reality checks every now and then. I’ll update in the morning (that’s if I can remember)

- update: YAll… let me tell you something. So I was doing the methods right? TELL ME WHY I WAS DOING THE METHODS IN A DREAM?!? A DREAAMM! Y’all omg I was so upset. But I realized how quick I was getting symptoms I was like “holy moly, that was quick”. I remember doing the void method (in my dream). All I did was laid down and closed my eyes then I felt my dream body experience symptoms, I was so proud of myself. I knew which dr I wanted to go and I said my affirmations… TELL ME WHY AFTER SAYING TWO OF MY AFFIRMATIONS I OPENED MY EYES TO SEE THAT I WAS STILL IN MY DREAM?!? I FELT MY SURROUNDINGS CHANGE AND EVERYTHING BUT I WAS STILL IN MY DREAM?! I would’ve punched the air if it was a lucid dream. n e ways, I went up to a friend in a dream and she asked “how’d the void method go?”. At first I was like ??? How does this gorl know I was doing the void method?! After that I told her what happened and she sighed and said AND I QUOTE “you’re close but you’ll get it soon.”…. I woke up and I was like PAUSE 😨😨😨😨. Did I just get confirmation that I was getting CLOSE?! TO SHIFTING?!? FROM SOMEONE I KNOW WHO BARELY KNOWS ABOUT MY SHIFTING JOURNEY?!? Y’all I was so confused and puzzled, I was confuzzled… anyways I think that I should take that as a sign that I am on the right track and that I am shifting. Maybe I should just focus more which method works best for me. See you next time!!!

Night/day 8 4/9-4/15: been focusing on myself lately ( I haven’t given up on shifting though 😮‍💨👍). I focused more on fixing my self concept and all that jazz! BUT ANYWAYS YALL NOT HERE TO HEAR ABOUT THAT!! so far, I’ve been just getting REALLY sleepy after school. I used to be like sleepy but I would wait to sleep until I got all my stuff done. AFTER listening to this sub 👀👀 lemme tell you something buddy. If I’m tired or the second I start to freaking YAWN?! My sleeping beauty lookin aśs is going straight to bed!! do I mind it? Not really? But i try my best to get some affs in if I can but other than that, my aśs is knocked tf out until 8 o’clock at night 😭😭😭. For tonight’s (4/15) method’s, I chose the kink method, intention method, and void method.
- ✨Kink method is plan A: joke about shifting in the same way I’d joke about not liking a kink and see where it goes from there.
- ✨intention method is plan B: intend to wake up in my dr either through a meditation/subliminal or rawdog it by saying I intend to shift, use a few related intention affs. Might listen to some theta waves to calm down (really helpful!)
-✨optional: void method is plan c: if I fall asleep during previous methods mention or seem to tired to even care/open my eyes, I’ll affirm that I’m in the void and use shifting affs while I’m there to get me to wherever I’m going 👍.

- so I forgot about the update 💀. BUT I HAVE A GOOD REASON WHY. The dream I had was absolutely crazy… will I explain the plot? No… maybe?! ANYWHO! I tried to shift after the dream but I was fully “aware” of being awake so instead I just let it go and ended up going about the rest of my day. BUT GOOD NEWS (really bad news 💀), I ended up making another script… yay… I plan on making another one (more like 4 more just to be prepared). The scripting process is so fun. I think I should start treating shifting the same way as scripting (fun, creative, cool, etc) because it’s what really brings me joy ya know? Anyways, tune in for another update!


Night 9 4/16: method of choice: intention method. Instead of doing three and having multiple backup methods, I just chose one for the night! (I might try to Alice and the wonderland one too, I heard it was an okay method. But I need to widen my method range 💀💀). SEE YOU When I GET BACK FROM SHIFTING TO ONE OF MANY DRS 💕💕

Night 10 4/17: method of choosing: Sunni method and lucid dream method. (I’ll tell you about it when I get back)
- so I’m back and I got a little discouraged for a bit because ya know waking up in your cr for one millionth time after doing a method makes you feel some kind of way. Ya know? Anyways this doesn’t mean I’ll stop doing my updates (absolutely not 🥺🤚). However I am going to take a tiny break (2-3 day break maybe shorter ???) and focus on myself and self concept again THEN I will attempt to do a shifting method and see where it goes from there! Night ??? 6/8/22- hey guys… it’s been a while since I updated 😭😭. My two week shifting break ended up being a month long shifting break. BUT THAT IS OKAY BC YOU WANNA KNOW WHY?! I found a new method I like 😏😏. It’s the WBTB (wake back to bed) method. It requires little effort (on my end). I really like it!! I tried it out like yesterday (6/7) and I had some results (not big but motivating results). Throughout my break I worked on my self concept for both shifting and myself and let me tell you something 👀👀 my limiting beliefs? Gone. Blockages? Non existent. Everything just worked out in my favor for some reason. I still feel like something needs to be done in order to finally shift, but other that that things are great! ALSO, NEW UPDATE!! I’ve made like 4 other drs… yeah… it’s… it’s a work in progress but I’ve come to love it!! See you after I come back!!

6/9/22- I fell asleep during all my alarms… 😭😭😭. But instead of just focusing on doing the method and then trying to shift, I’m working on just getting up and getting used to doing the method (WBTB) so that when it comes time when I WANT to do a shifting method + WBTB then I’ll be ready. ILL UPDATE YOU ON THAT LATER!! Ciao 😘

I didn’t exactly shift but I saw visions of skeletons and skulls and people walking around me and lots of swords
(Shifting to Pjo as a child of hades)
I had multiple dreams about it so I’d like to say this got me very close I got lots of vertigo and I’m super happy I’ll be using this every night

Turn your thoughts to reality(forced)???


Idk . I have really strong imagination.I end up imaging scenarios with people and environments that are real to the level that it kind of makes me nervous.
For example i can't sing🧘‍♀️
However i always end up imaging this whole story line of me singing in the college cafe and everyone( like literall faces are there, sometimes my imagination includes faces that i haven't seen ever before) is just in love with my voice.

But there are alot of different scenarios that i imagine about whether they are about my looks, result day, someone doing something, my lifestyle.

So instead of listening to different subliminals for different topics can you please make a really powerful calm subliminal for changing thoughts into reality.
Like i would imagine a storyline while listening to the subliminal and by the time i am done doing it, it actually occurs in real life.

Kind of like Bringing bits of my dr to this real life.

Like someone else in the comment section I'm gonna do the thing with tge updates nd stuff.

So i personally don't use methods since i find it easier to just meditate and try to visualize ect ect. I guess i can say i have my own method.
So--(updating in the morning 😋 it's currently 00:46 oop-)
2022/03/20 : i got a few symptoms but i fell asleep. Which isn't a bad thing since there is always a possibility of shifting during sleep. I didn't shift tho, but i did have a dream that had to so with some scenarios in my DR!
