I’m not a vegan, but I loved seeing some unique dishes cooked. I like Korean food, but don’t have much exposure to Korean home cooking. I’ve heard of Japchae and would love to see more varieties!

The video is great, but some of the ingredients and explanations seemed to not make the final cut. Recipes on an external website or a cut screen format would be amazing so that the viewers can try recreating some of the dishes. :)

The japchae and tofu scramble dishes looked so similar when they were in the same frame 😂

People don’t realize how amazing vegan food can be. People just get their hopes up cause people always say “this is vegan bacon” or “this is vegan ham”….like, no it’s not even close, but I would’ve been more open to it had my brain not been primed for “bacon” or “ham” 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️
