=IF(timeout less than time In,timeout+1,Timeout)-time In

Brother i need formula in excell regarding if i target to work 10 hours in each month of the year, but in some months i work more than 10 months and in some months less than 10 hrs. Then how difference of target and achieved can be calculated

Let's say..shift II
Work in 4pm n
1st break time out take at 8pm 1st break in 9pm
2nd break time out take at 12am 2nd break in 12:30am
Then finish work 4am
