Malabar Fish Curry is a delicious, creamy fish curry with the goodness of coconut milk. This delicious curry recipe ( Fish Molee) is simple and easy to make and can be relished with hot steamed rice.

Malabar Fish Curry Ingredients -
1 1/2 cup Fresh Coconut & Turmeric Paste
2 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
1 1/2 Inch Ginger (finely chopped)
3 Green Chillies (slit)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
500 ml Water
1 cup Coconut Milk
7-8 Seer Fish Fillets (Surmai)
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
12 -15 Curry Leaves
5 Pearl Onions (sliced)

Looks nice...love your vedios.. 👍 Just wanted to say that Kerala fish curries mostly use gambooge which is locally called as "kudampuli"- (kudam means pot and puli means sour ) for that unique flavour and not tamarind paste.

I cooked this today.
Wow.
It was super delicious.
The Fish curry is very tangy and smooth, the additional tempered items is very necessary because it adds another balancing layer of flavors. Must eat it to relish it!.
