Thanks for your wonderful recipe. I cook my fish curry the same method, but with a slight twist in the end by adding about 3 tablespoons of tarmarind juice and 1 tablespoon of jaggery. It will be very delicious.

This the simplest and best fish coconut curry recipe I've ever come across. I still can't stop saying yummy. Only one change I made in this recipe is that I used water instead of the thin coconut milk and finally I put in the regular thick coconut milk.
