You are right Brother Mirah. I was born in Idaho in the USA and I have lived here all my life. That video of President Trump is such a great example of him and to me shows his true character. With him saying such kind words about our church, then of course some people that do wicked things or are involved with things that they don't realize are bad, many of these people will hate him and try to convince others to too. He isn't a perfect man but we all make bad choices and God can use us still. I will be voting for him

0:46 President Nelson taught it is a great victory for Satan when members remove the name of the Savior from His church and substitute its name as “LDS Church”. He taught we can shorten the name to The Church of Jesus Christ- He said as we keep The Saviors name in His church great blessings will follow.

WHY WHY WHY do the majority of LDS membership are right of the devide... some - in the extreme right in politics ? Many church leaders have, over time, counselled the Saints to keep politics aside from general conversation with each other. Visiting the US a couple years ago, two different - knowing of my and my wife's membership, both virtually attacked us saying "... you don't follow that side of politics, do yah?" I acted as if I hadn't understood - and moved immediately to a vastly different subject. It was a rather low point in our visit. And they were LDS and I guess, were somewhat lost for words. Politics is Politics... they are not part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Saints!
