Shortly after uploading this video Difficulty 10 is being worked on and there is a temporary fix;

Make a support ticket on their helpdesk

Request for difficulty 10 unlock if you havent had yours, and they'll grant it to you. Just got mine, diff 10 gameplay later today :D

The flame thrower nerf is a bummer, especially going after the strategem improvements for 25% more damage. Feels like a waste.

There's no point in getting warbonds or finding new fun weapons to use when they'll inevitably be made obsolete for no reason. I don't care about meta builds or pure numbers. I just like the flamethrower because It felt good to use. It can't even shoot through fences anymore. They'll never change, it's not fun "adapting" when having fun is the only thing they're looking to nerf. At least they had the decency to make their new warbond useless before people used their super credits on it instead of after.

Honestly, for the 'biggest update', where they have told us that "We're not going to tell you everything we'll add", the content in the trailer was pretty much the only content added.

Honestly crazy seeing Helldivers 2 go down like this. I played the game religiously for the first few months after I bought it but every single patch they come out with is another nerf to a weapon that didn't need it and it's getting to the point where I don't even want to play the game at all anymore. Continuously screwing up weapons that people love using for no reason, doing all of these changes to how bullets interact with armor and flames and all of this but half the time I still can't even join a friend in a mission or play the game for an hour without something crashing or connection issues. They are spending so much time trying to do whatever with the weapons instead of making sure the BASIC stuff works. More and more people are gonna stop playing this and it's all gonna be 100% the devs fault.

Flamer nerf is stupid. Charger spam is annoying and reducing the tools to deal with them is idiotic.

Wtf are they worried about flame “bounce off” for? Napalm sticks to surfaces, there is no reason it shouldn’t stick to bugs

Apparently any time AH makes a weapon useful it’s a “bug” that needs to be fixed. They will nerf anything remotely useful or fun, and then ignore actual bugs that screw over players. Flamethrower was the only thing that made fighting the never ending streams of chargers bearable. I will often see 3-4 at a time and it was difficult even with the FT. To do this right before the flamer warbond… fuck these people and their game. I’m done.

Man got hyped for no reason. I'm super disappointed in this update. Unnerfing the Slugger while still nerfing it just goes to show Arrowhead doesn't know what they're doing. Plus the Flamethrower nerf is just fucking dumb. They took a super fun weapon and ruined it.

And these changes are the reason I don't play Helldivers anymore. Just tired of having to change and adapt after finding combos that I like. You guys have fun - I'm out.

Flamethrower is now useless.... I don't give a fuck about meta but I intentionally did bug missions because the flamethrower was so fun to use against them.

Why do they keep nerfing things? Not only nerfing, but they also buff the enemies in power and number. At this point it seems like arrowhead cares more about the chargers and bile titans than the players
