hey I got a question. is NASA looking into reusable rockets for the near future, or is each mission to different to reuse the same rocket?

Smoothly done guys, Off topic a moment, ... when would NASA be willing to represent Earth as a whole as opposed to only sticking an American flag or ESA flag on a craft? When visiting another planetary body, I feel a flag that represents the whole of the Earth should be going out with the craft and not just a country flag.

why you intelligent people do not use the parachute as solar panel instead? has a much bigger area, rather than fill mars soil with trash . i know you guys can find a way .
