Omg how did this rule over the titan mare explorer? They already have 3 rovers and 2 orbiters. Move on to Titan/Europa/Enceladus. Titan mare explorer would have been the first sail on an extraterrestrial sea of liquid methane. Done they need to stop choosing Mars over everything..
