This kinda reminds me of ichigo and rukia's relationship because it is not a romantic relationship, but the still love and care about each other. Through this they are able to help better each other and I feel like the manga points it out by orihime believing at first that they are in love triangle and often the reader assumes that too but the story through deeper inspection shows that since the beginning of the story I has purely been platonic. Sorry if I went on too long I just really find it interesting that it kind of points out our own bias towards boy-girl relationships at least when it comes to storytelling.

I love this quote, very inspiring–i love how he has a way with words, beautiful said and the first thought that came into my mind when I re read this after so long was one of his studio animation *whisper of heart* because the very first time I watched it this was the feeling i got from it even though many people said it doesn't make sense and how it has a teen of love vibes storyline- but I never got it
