Robotics, technology, and programming.

Three words that describe the future we live in.
Three words that build the Institute 4.0.

But what is the future, and what is Institute 4.0? You’ll find out now.

👾 Lego robotics, 3D printing and modeling, industrial robots, computer vision, VR, and electronic circuits—these are our tools. But they are just tools; the vision is broader.

Since our founding in 2017, our mission has been clear: to provide young people with practical knowledge for the future.

Over 1000 young people who have visited and continue to visit us in year-long courses have received two things from us.

✅ First - a real understanding of what technology is. Everyone should experience this at least once. Because otherwise, it’s not in your vocabulary.

✅ Second - we aim to give young people a solid foundation in skills, especially for those who venture into technological fields.

When students in our courses build Lego robots, electronic circuits, industrial robots, and more, they experience firsthand how the world around us works. The key concept here is practicality.

If they only sat and listened, as is customary elsewhere, they would gain little. Studies show that we passively remember only 10-15%.

That’s why everything here revolves around personal exploration, building, and creativity—we strive for an active 100%.

❓ What does Institute 4.0 actually offer?

Our practical courses are divided into several age and difficulty levels.

➡️ For younger elementary students, the focus is on building and constructing mechanical devices. For example, we learn how gears, pulleys, circular and linear motion work—essentially, how machines move. We aim for children to see the world through new eyes—to ask themselves: how does it work?

➡️ For older elementary students, in addition to construction, there is also increasing programming. We approach this complex and abstract knowledge in a visual way, similar to how you would teach a language to an illiterate person using picture books. We believe that programming is the reading and writing of the future.

➡️ For those aged 14, 15, and 16, we have special courses where we build fully functional electronic circuits with Arduino, program in professional languages, and operate real industrial robots.

➡️ Finally, we also meet with adults in vocational training courses.

Every child is unique, and because we strive for an individual approach, our groups are always small. To build social skills, much of the course work is done in pairs. We firmly believe that a team always outperforms an individual—but the individual must also be proactive.

A personal thought to conclude: robotics, technology, and programming are integral parts of our world. Our reality.

And understanding all of this doesn’t require being a genius. Far from it. The important thing is to guide young people in the right way—with support, trust, and practical knowledge.

We want to support—not consumers of technology—but creators of the future.

See you at Institute 4.0. 😊
