At one point I was told that Cinco de Mayo was Mexico‘s Independence Day. Wrong, that is a different holiday. Several years ago I figured that there was a whole lot more to this holiday. So I started to read up on Cinco de Mayo. To this day I still celebrate Cinco de Mayo, But with a different perspective.
