I was just wondering what my plan was going to be when I go to visit my parents’ house. If this can plug into the dryer outlet and reach my car it could be a way better solution than using 120V

I live in an apartment. Does this work as a charging bank which I can plug into my dryer outlet and then take outside to charge my vehicle?

I never did quite understand why people feel the need to have to charge their EV’s to full every night. I plug mine into a level one several times a week, and that’s plenty for me to drive my 150-180 miles a week. Maybe it’s the range anxiety that gets to people.?

Up to 22KW? You see - I know US is not the only place where this is being sold, but the only way to have more than 11KW (240V, 48A) level 2 charging is to have Tesla Wall connector gen 1 or 2 (hardwired). I am not aware of any other single phase chargers (connectors) that do that too. As well as the vehicle onboard chargers - only earlier dual charger model S/X. Anything more than 11KW should be in EU/AU or anywhere else where three phase is available for domestic use. It's a little misleading without clarifying this is what I mean...

Couldn't use this on the moon or 20, 000 ft under water. What a joke

All the control electronics could be in the handle making it much more portable. Having a heavy lump midway is really dumb. And they should be dirt cheap. EVSE is not a charger. There is no power electronics in them. It's just an extension cord with a relay. EVSE is so pretentious and counter productive.
