Yes! Pay attention to your body. I left my last job due to the health issues I had due to stress. I only lasted 8 months & a month & a half into it, I had the first health issue that started it. It was one thing after another. I finally left, w/o finding a new job, due to heart-related stress issues. It’s been 1.5 months & still haven’t found a job but I’m not worried bc I know God gave me this time to rest. He has always taken care of us & this is no different! He’s providing for me & my kids.

Perfect timing. I’ve been having all these physical illnesses, aches, pains, and very low energy with no motivation
and wondering if it’s due to high stress with my current job situation.( been there for 11 years). It’s like God is telling me to “be still” trust him that he’s going to open up a door opportunity for me when it’s time. I’m hopeful and won’t give up.

No one can accurately know the Lord's mind and what He does to a person. We can only assume that it's what happened. I do know that God did take my arterial cancer away one day plus 5 other cancers that I suffered. Plus He delivered me out of a host of things that should've killed me long ago. I can never thank Him enough for my life although very painful but still here on planet Earth.

When I gave my life back to Christ and Went on a serious fast for 21 days may 2024, I have been waking up 1-2 every single night. I have no idea why and it’s frustrating but I’m faithful. I have prayed and asked God why am I waking up between 12-4am. I’ll pray quickly in the middle of the night then go back to sleep. Please pray for me.

The timing of this is uncanny. This video is great. I must say that as a depression sufferer, I know that some of these things can also be signs of depression, and it's important to be mindful of that. It's just that I've had major depressive disorder for a while, but only recently have I been experiencing drastic physical changes that don't seem to have a medical cause. I've been unable to sleep. I haven't had a strong desire to overeat. Sometimes I do comfort myself with food, but not crazy portions like I used to, I no longer crave to eat as my primary source of solace. I have a desire to self soothe by reading my favourite books, drawing, my violin and guitar. I haven't been able to sleep at all. I'm not sure if this is related to my depression, but I know my body, and my depression was once relatively predictable. I've been taking my meds, and doing all the right things, but my sleep and eating patterns are totally whack.

All of these things are impacting me. I feel heavy and overwhelmed and am not staying consistent. Please pray for me.
