3 months ago - from being “normal” to

1) Crazy anxiety

2) Woken up at 2am to my organs and body shaking for 7 minutes

3)Tingles down the length of my chest

4) chest pain

5) ear ringing

6) sweaty feet

7) ears and jaw numb at times

8) head ache for 4 hours then just goes

8) twitch muscles

9) nausea

10) left arm and left side numb

I was so worried about my heart and health issues

Been to the doctors for many tests all have come back clear or mostly clear. Doctors are like “you’re fine”
