Eastern Ohio and Pennsylvania need to get the satellite tracking on this and find out exactly where the 5000 tonnes of extremely toxic chemical fallout made landfall. I watched for a while, and it was obviously flowing and dispersing into Canada, PA, NY, WV, VA, and some still moving east.

Test for Dioxins in the soil, air water above and below ground several times a day and start checking people for Dioxins! If you're not testing for Dioxins, you're covering for Norfolk trying to ensure they're not financially responsible for all that they should. The testing should be done in a 100 mile radius possibly expanding if the tests on the edge of the radius show Dioxins.
