His lectures and videos have been so helpful for ppl like me with CTD-ILD (NSIP), because so much is focused on IPF vs CTD-ILD.

I have psoriatic arthritis and I had to to the emergency room the other day because of breathing difficulties. One of the doctors pointed out and said " arteritis doesn't effect the lungs, and a rheumatologist wouldn't know how to treat this condition " and it shows the ignorance and lack of knowledge that some doctors exhibit. My rheumatologist will be able to sort it all out, I'm sure of it.

Can u be asymptomatic and suffer a pulmonary embolism and in turn that triggers an underlying autoimmune immune response
