well if it was a 2 week trip to mars then i would say yes. but this method of doing a burn and then use momentum to reach it destination. not going to work. well hope when i come back for next life were at that stage. but i won't remember writing this. o well

Nobody is going to want to take a Starship all the way to Saturn, 0 G for a 10-20 year round trip would kill you. Better to use the Starship to build bigger interplanetary ships. Those can cover the distance between the planets using electric or nuclear propulsion and have rotating sections for artificial gravity.
