Not a fan of disabling a graphic card but it looks like it solved my problem! Thanks alot man!

This is a really really terrible idea. This will break a lot of stuff, and will very negatively impact performance.
This will force OBS (and ALL other applications) to run without a GPU, essentially forcing all graphics work to happen on the CPU, and that is extremely inefficient and slow.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do NOT do this.

The proper way to fix it, is to update your Intel GPU drivers. You can find them on Intel website under support.

Hello. Recently run into problem, that OBS is crashing internet while streaming. CPU was very high, laptop was working harder than always (in Task Manager CPU was ~80-90%).

Found very easy fix and solution.

1) In OBS. Go to options -> Output mode Advanced -> CPU usage preset make ULTRAFAST (or highest as possible).

2) Make more free space on laptop.

What the !!! Why would disabling display adapter work? Pc won’t work at all without it.

After I shut down my graphics card, OBS now works and doesn't crash, but then I turn back on my graphics card and then restart OBS it crashes again. How do I change settings so that I do not have to do this everytime I start OBS?
