Hello. Recently run into problem, that OBS is crashing internet while streaming. CPU was very high, laptop was working harder than always (in Task Manager CPU was ~80-90%).

Found very easy fix and solution.

1) In OBS. Go to options -> Output mode Advanced -> CPU usage preset make ULTRAFAST (or highest as possible).

2) Make more free space on laptop.

Ok question when OBS is causing issues it freezes up my game/computer where only the windows key works(for a brief moment) and then I have to hold my power button to turn off the pc could that be related to the OBS issue? It seems I only have this issue when streaming with OBS

I'm a simple man. Someone says something might break because of outdated drivers, I downvote.
This nonsense has been told for over two decades by now. Just stop it.
Also, this Win7 compatibiliy tip is pure nonsense. It won't fix anything and OBS 28 officially dropped support for Windows 7 and 8.

When i open obs studio it stock up then black screen and the i have to restart pc then if i run again it will run normally i cant find any solution about this i have i7 2600 2gb rx560 gpu 16gb of ram

I Solved my Freezing by disabling the Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler in WIndows 10.

Yeah you need to update this cause the steps your showing us where we need to go dont match with mine and I have windows 11 too so its clearly been updated since :)
