I remember doing my first backflip, I was trying to do a back handspring, and accidentally did a back flip (I landed on my knees but that's a minor detail) I was so shocked and then just started doing actual back flips (actually landing them)
I also remember doing my first front flip. I was obsessed with watching Tanner Braungardt because he did a lot of trampoline tricks, and I watched his technique, and practiced for a long time. I got it when it was dark out, and was so excited. I immediately started yelling for my mom and brother to come over so that I could show them.

Possibly one of the best, most effective tutorials I've seen on anything. Your life genuinely looked like a complete novice to the backflip, despite how athletic she probably is. And for her to learn it with your technique is crazy. great job.
