Britain's former Business Secretary Jacob Rees-Mogg was interrupted on Monday by a man warning the audience of "a few characteristics of fascism." The Conservative lawmaker was addressing the National Conservatism conference in London when the unidentified man walked up to the podium and took over the microphone, then was hauled off the stage.
