I had one of my best days for a long time yesterday! I didn't have much fatigue early in the morning, and then focussed throughout the day via Brain Retraining/visualisation on having no fatigue (fatigue is just 1 of my symptoms). I was able to mow the lawn & do housework all day without needing to lie down! Since the end of Dec I've committed myself to making sure I'm not having any "nocebo" effect w/ re to my healing.

So when your energy increased, you didn’t increase your activity and you would go through an adjustment period without increasing activity? Is that what the video says? Or is it supposed to be you would increase activity level as energy increased?
