but, i realize now it is greyed out because that folder is already the default location for something...but what i am not sure. xp used to save files in the "last" location i save the previous file, but i am not sure if windows 8 does this.

Hey can you help me please i have windows 8 pc and i cant download anything, everything that i try to download goes on disk c and not on d.However the disk c is for a reason FULL of memory can you please tell me how i can download things on disk d and they will work good.
