Description: Taming your default mode network in your brain and silencing your negative inner voices doesn't happen by chance. The process mentioned in this video will help you to begin turning your attention from your anxious inner world, into the outer world.
With health anxiety and generalized anxiety comes much self brooding over not being good enough, having anxiety forever, and other thought patterns that don't promote the warrior within us. I believe taming the DMN and overcoming these negative inner voices are the very beginning steps towards freedom from fear and worry.
It's best to implement this 6 step process once per day so you begin to live with mindfulness and consciousness. Recognizing the patterns you run as far as beliefs you have and behaviors will also go a long way towards taming the DMN and silencing your negative inner voices.
With regular practice you'll have engaged your senses in a way that promotes health and wellness, and your mental health will improve dramatically. Life will begin to bring a sense of fulfillment and those negative inner voices of the past, when appeared, will have no power over you anymore.
