Anyone use the humpback whale sound while moving your adam’s apple up and down method to meditate? It does get me to432 hz but it sounds like love making and a whiny sports car and people laugh at the temple and at the studio we’re I learned it. The huff in monotone was bad enough. I lost a relationship because I used it in tantra.
