That was despicable to file a restraining order against her in her own property while they were not paying rent. Something went wrong somewhere that they were granted that. They have acted so badly.

I’ve had squatters living on my property. They’re a bunch of leeches that take advantage and tear up everything they can before they leave. I sold all my property to NEVER have to deal with them again!
