When I do manage to get a bruise, I find that massaging the affected area with a little bit of Bio-Oil speeds up healing. Doesn't take much and I usually massage it in for a couple of minutes before I go to bed. I recently had a really nasty bruise on the back of my hand and this method helped it to disappear within a week at the most.

I keep getting black and blue on my hands. I went to Family Dollar and I got a tube of conceal it. it comes in different shades you put the first coating on take care of spray and I spray it then I do it again and then coating of hairspray locks it in you get the right shade you almost can't even tell that you got a black and blue mark.I think it's used or it can be used for tattoos it's really makeup but it's the hair spray that locks it in otherwise it'll rub off

Here I am cuz of my abusing boy friend.... he hit me in the eye and it's a big bruise.. I'm so worried about my eyes cuz I just feel like there's a needle inside my eyes and the bruise never disappear
