Candice and Thalia are going through a divorce and Candice wants Thalia's money for what she claims is "child support" although she does not want Thalia to see their son, three (3) year old Alex. Will the Court allow Thalia to pay and not see the child?

Judge Vonda thank you for showing that there are many types of relationships that fail and end up in court for child support and custody issues. Marriages/relationships can fall regardless if they are "traditional " or same sex. Despite what some people think, a child could be messed up by traditional relationships due to the parents fighting and having an inability to coparent. Thank you for everything you do!
