Support Court - Child support when TV endorsement is considered

Beverly Mouse is bringing her ex husband to court to seek more relief in terms of child support. Brandon Mouse has recently come into an amount of money in the form of a TV endorsement deal that his company has landed. Can this endorsement deal be deemed as extra income or does it belong to his company?

I didnt understand the attitude she was giving the father? He couldve forgot to mention the $500, and it dsnt seem like much of a "short change" compared to $82k? The mom seemed to deserve the attitude more on this one imo.

In Virginia child support is based off proof of income. He also would not have to reimburse her for something she does not pay for.

This is why you set up an LLC or a corporation for your business. The judge is counting the business income like all of the revenue goes directly into his pocket when in reality, he probably draws a salary from it. I usually agree with judge but this particular case didn’t sit well with me.
